We will take you through the starting point of Chen Tai Chi. This class is ideal for beginners and/or seasoned Tai Chi people who are new to this style.The class will feature the four basic sections of Chen Tai Chi for Health. This includes joint warm ups to help energy flow, silk reeling exercises to build Tai Chi internal energy and movements, Qi Gong basic breathing exercises, and basic movements from the First Form. Level: Beginner

Dr. Scott is a local chiropractor and has over 30 years of martial arts experienceand has focused the last 10 years training Chen Style Tai Chi with his teacher Jimmy Dong. Heis an assistant instructor with Greenville Tai Chi and also teachesprivately.
